- 50g butter
- 200g big marshmallows
- 2 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of good salt
In a dutch oven, roast the Rice Krispies until lightly toasted. Set aside.
In the same pot, melt the butter until nutty and browned. Add the marshmallows, vanilla extract, and the salt. Mix until fully combined on low heat.
Remove from heat, add Rice Krispies and place in a loaf pan lined with cling wrap. Refrigerate, then store in room temperature.
