Melt chocolate, butter, sugar, and milk in a microwave. Mix to combine until smooth. Pour over the biscuits and mix well. If the mixture is too wet, add more biscuits.
For the Russian version, roll into a long log – the size of the width of a ziplock freezer bag. In fact, you can transfer the mixture into the freezer bag and use it to form a log (might make 2 logs). Or, make it using cling wrap.
For the Israeli version, form small balls, and roll in colourful sprinkles.
Or even better – do both!
Leave in the fridge/freezer to firm.
