Cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one by one, and vanilla extract. Fold in melted chocolate. Add the dry mixture (flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt) and hot coffee intermittently. Mix in chocolate chips.
Bake on 350F in a loaf pan for 30min. Turn oven down to 325F and bake for another 15min.
Let cool completely before serving. Seriously, it’s not good hot.
You can cook the batter leftovers in ramekins for 30sec in the microwave.
