Cookies & Cream Cookies February 22, 2018 By Rhoda Leave a Comment Cookies & Cream Cookies Wet Bowl 3/4 cup (170g) butter, melted 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup sugar 1 egg + 1 yolk 1 tsp vanilla extract Dry Bowl 100g AP flour 100g bread flour 80g whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Note: Try adding 1/2 tsp cream of tartar Other 1/2 cup Hershey’s Cookies & Cream chips Preheat oven to 350F. Mix the wet and dry ingredients, in their respective bowls. Mix wet into dry. Add Hershey’s chips, and let sit in the fridge until the oven is ready. Shape using a cookie scooper, and bake until barely done.
