Bring water, butter, and chicken powder to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat and add couscous. Mix, cover, and let sit until couscous is ready, 5-10min. Fluff with a fork.
Note: For a couscous stew, cook diced potatoes, celery, carrots, and zucchini in some oil, salt&pepper, cumin, tumeric and a bay leaf. Once the vegetables have cooked a little, add water with chicken powder, and simmer for 30min-1hr until the vegetables are fully cooked. Scoop the stew onto the couscous and serve.
