
Cream of Wheat
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp Cream of Wheat
- pinch of good salt (e.g. Jacobsen Vanilla Bean Flake Sea Salt)
- honey / maple syrup
- small pat of butter
In a small pot, bring the milk to a simmer. Add remaining ingredients, and whisk until there are no nuggets of cream of wheat remaining. Cook for a few minutes, until the cream of wheat is cooked.
Serve warm topped with a fruit.
