Cream of Wheat

Cream of Wheat

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp Cream of Wheat
  • pinch of good salt (e.g. Jacobsen Vanilla Bean Flake Sea Salt)
  • honey / maple syrup
  • small pat of butter

In a small pot, bring the milk to a simmer. Add remaining ingredients, and whisk until there are no nuggets of cream of wheat remaining. Cook for a few minutes, until the cream of wheat is cooked.

Serve warm topped with a fruit.
