
Lemon Loaf

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp lemon extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- salt
Icing
- 1 cup icing sugar
- lemon juice & milk
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Combine all of the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add dry to wet, and bake for about 45min, until golden.
Once cooled, prepare the icing and pour over the cake.
