Madeleines

  • 125g sugar
  • 100g AP flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 90g butter, melted

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add eggs and extracts. Mix to combine. Sit in the butter.

Leave in the fridge overnight.  Then, bake at 400F about 10min. Coat with powdered sugar and enjoy the day of.
