Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F and butter the madeleine tray
  2. Melt butter until brown and nutty
  3. Combine all wet ingredients together
  4. Combine all dry ingredients together. Mix wet into dry.
  5. Let batter rest in the fridge for minimum for 4 hours. This is important, as it helps the cookies develop their distinctive “hump”.
  6. Fill each cavity in the baking tray up to 3/4 full
  7. Bake 10-12 min, until each cookie is deep golden color.
  8. Coat with powdered sugar and enjoy the day of!
